Emery Mesich is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger, mix engineer and producer hailing from Sacramento, California. As a child he was first introduced to musical genres like classic rock, folk, and jazz. Driven by music, he started playing clarinet at the age of eight. Two years later he quickly became fluent on saxophone after discovering jazz greats like Charlie Parker and Jackie Mclean. In 2014 Emery was granted a full scholarship to the Berklee College of Music where he graduated with two Bachelor’s Degrees. Throughout his life Emery has won numerous awards for his musical endeavors such as “Outstanding Soloist” awards by Monterey Jazz Festival, the Charles Mingus Festival, Essential Ellington at Lincoln Center, and Downbeat Magazines. Affluent in many genres, Emery has played in numerous jazz bands, symphonies, concert bands, marching bands, cruise ships, and wedding bands. Currently Emery resides in Los Angeles, California where he opened his own recording and production studio, Messy Million$ LLC, where he professionally mixes, masters, and records clients.
